Delivery Methods: ▪ Hsinchu Logistics: For deliveries within Mainland Taiwan. Products will arrive approximately within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please be advised that deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather, road maintenance, traffic accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. We appreciate your understanding. ▪ Chunghwa Post: For deliveries to offshore islands. Products will arrive approximately within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Please be advised that deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather, road maintenance, traffic accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. We appreciate your understanding.
※ Important Notices ▪ Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery may occur as early as the following day post-dispatch, with a maximum window of 5 business days. Please specify any special delivery requirements in the order notes. Actual delivery schedules are subject to the carrier's designated routes. Please note that shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to force majeure events. ▪ Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. No delivery services are available on Saturdays or Sundays. ▪ If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the purchaser shall bear full responsibility for any resulting losses. No reshipments or refunds will be issued.
Shipping & Handling Fees ▪ Mainland Taiwan Applicable to ambient-temperature parcels; maximum weight 20 kg per carton. Handling Fee: NT$ 60 ▪ Offshore Islands (including Kinmen, Lianjiang, Penghu, and Green Island) Applicable to both ambient and frozen delivery; maximum weight 20 kg per carton. Handling Fee: NT$ 150 ▪ International Shipping Shipping fees are calculated based on item categories and quantities. Please contact Customer Service via the official website for specialized assistance.
⚠️ Note: Shipping is calculated by actual weight and volume. If a single order exceeds 20 kg, additional charges will apply based on the actual number of cartons required.
Payment Methods: ▪ Credit Card (Supports VISA / Master / JCB / UnionPay) Upon submission, you will be redirected to a 3D Secure authorization page. Transactions utilize secure encryption, and credit card details are not stored on this website. Please follow the on-screen instructions and do not exit the page to ensure the order is processed successfully.
▪ ATM Transfer For your convenience, we provide a "Virtual Account Transfer Service." A unique virtual account will be generated for each transaction. This account is for one-time use only and is linked to a single order. If payment is not completed within the designated timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the order. ※ Each virtual account is for a single payment. If an error occurs, please contact Customer Service via the official website. ※ Please ensure the transferred amount matches the order total. Discrepancies may prevent automated system confirmation and delay order processing.
▪ Electronic Invoicing All prices are tax-inclusive. Electronic invoices (e-Invoices) will be issued by Muguo International Co., Ltd. in accordance with relevant regulations. ▪ To support a paperless environment, physical invoices will not be provided. ▪ Standard e-Invoice: A notification will be sent to your registered email within 7 business days of successful payment. You may verify the details on the Ministry of Finance’s E-Invoice Service Platform. ▪ Corporate e-Invoice (Unified Business Number): Invoices will be sent to your registered email within 7 business days of successful payment. ※ Invoices cannot be modified once issued.
