Room-Temperature Products|Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
To protect the rights of both parties, please record a video or take photos when opening the package.
If you receive a product with damaged outer packaging, defects, or incorrect items, please visit the official website and click “Contact Us” to reach our customer service team. We will assist in verifying the issue and provide appropriate return or exchange support.
2. Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the product is delivered (this is not a trial period).
Returned products must be brand new and in complete packaging, including:
The product maintained at the appropriate temperature (room temperature or frozen, depending on delivery conditions)
All gifts, original packaging, cartons, and any accompanying documents or materials
3. Shipping Fee Deduction
If a return during the cooling-off period causes the original order to fall below the free-shipping threshold, one logistics handling fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
⚠️ Important Notes
As this product is food, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the item has been opened, used, improperly stored (e.g., temperature abuse, moisture exposure, spoilage), due to hygiene and food safety considerations.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
taste preferences, duplicate orders, unmet expectations, color differences, or products approaching their expiration date.
For non-defective returns, items must be returned within 7 days, and all return shipping costs (both ways) shall be borne by the buyer.
If the return or exchange is due to product defects or incorrect shipment, all related shipping costs will be covered by the brand.
If no contact is made within 7 days, or if the product exceeds the cooling-off period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, including cases of missing items that cannot be reissued.
For promotional or bundled products, returns or exchanges must be made as a complete set; partial returns will not be accepted.
