▶ Shelf Life & Preservation The expiration date is clearly marked on the packaging. Please consume the products within the recommended timeframe. All items should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures to prevent spoilage or degradation of product quality.


▶ Resolution of Product Discrepancies To safeguard the rights of both parties, please record a video or take photographs during the unboxing process. Should you receive items with packaging defects, damage, or incorrect specifications, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. We will verify the product’s status and facilitate the subsequent return or exchange process.

Hsinchu Logistics (Mainland Taiwan): Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days post-dispatch.


Chunghwa Post (Offshore Islands): Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days post-dispatch.


▶ Shipping Fees


Free Shipping: Available for mainland Taiwan on single orders with a post-discount total of NT$2,670 or more. This threshold does not apply to offshore islands, which require an additional shipping fee of NT$100.


Standard Shipping: For single orders with a post-discount total below NT$2,670, the following rates apply:

Returns & Refunds Policy

▶ Statutory Rescission Rights In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (this is a deliberative period, not a trial period) starting from the day following the receipt of the goods.


▶ Conditions for Returns Returned products must be in pristine, brand-new condition with the original packaging intact. Please ensure the integrity of all promotional gifts, product packaging, shipping cartons, and all accompanying documentation or materials.


▶ Logistics Fees for Returns If a return during the cooling-off period results in the remaining order total falling below the free shipping threshold, the refund amount will be automatically deducted by the initial logistics and handling fee.


▶ Important Notices


Hygiene and Safety: As our products are food items, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the item has been opened, used, or improperly stored (e.g., exposure to temperature fluctuations, moisture, or spoilage).


Subjective Preferences: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal reasons, including but not limited to: personal taste preferences, duplicate orders, mismatched expectations, minor color variations, or products approaching their expiration date.


Shipping Responsibility: For returns not related to product defects, the items must be returned within 7 days, and the buyer shall bear the cost of round-trip shipping.


Defects or Shipping Errors: If the return is due to product defects or incorrect shipment, the company will bear all shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or replacements.


Notification Deadline: Requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period, or failures to contact us within this timeframe, will not be processed (this includes claims for missing items).


Promotional Bundles: Products purchased as part of an activity bundle must be returned as a complete set; individual items within a bundle cannot be returned separately.


Refund Methods


▶ Credit Card / LINE Pay Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, the refund will be processed as a reversal directly to the original credit card or account used for the transaction.


▶ Bank Transfer / ATM Please include your complete and accurate refund information within the return package. Once the items are verified, the refund will be remitted to your designated account. To ensure a successful transaction, please provide the following details:
